The primary role of the post holder is to provide clerical support to the service.
The post holder will work within clearly defined protocol and procedures, adhering to Board policies e.g. Health and Safety, Data Protection and Confidentiality.
After initial induction and on the job training, the post holder will work with some supervision and guidance and assistance is available from Data Manager/Administrator.
The post holder will have an appraisal in line with NHSGGC policy
New employees will undertake an induction/training programme. This will be a minimum of 4 weeks depending on the department and location.
Existing training and education will be supported by a period of orientation and induction to be completed within a period of 4 weeks. The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
