Job Description
We are looking to recruit an Administration Coordinator within the Mineral Metabolism Unit in Glasgow Royal Infirmary. You will be required to plan, organize, priorities and maintain the day to day administrative tasks associated with the functionality of the mineral metabolism unit and DEXA scan waiting list. The shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should be educated to Standard Grade and have a good standard of English and numeracy. Previous administration experience, a polite telephone manner, good oral and written communication skills are essential along with good keyboard and IT skills, including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Previous NHS experience and knowledge of Patient Administration System would be advantageous.
