Job Description

As an Administrator you'll be a key part of the Business Support Team, supporting internal departments and clients with administrative and operational needs.
What you'll be doing

  • Responding telephone and e-mail queries from our clients
  • Monitoring department mailboxes and actioning accordingly
  • Ensuring online records are kept up to date
  • Supporting the file review team with administration
  • Responsible for ensuring clients have access to our systems
  • Responsible for ensuring visit reminders are sent to client firms
  • Office Support including managing invoices and office stationary

Relevant experience in financial services or customer support.
