Job Description

The post provides a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the NMAHP Directorate. The post holder requires being an efficient administrator who contributes significantly to the achievements of the role of the directorate through provision of a variety of secretarial and administrative activities. Regular duties would include, prepare, and source materials for events/meetings/courses. Manage co-ordination and distribution of information as required. Support as required update of NMAHP Website pages. Support with administration of relevant database information upload. The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must hold a secretarial office qualification or equivalent NVQ, or practical experience. You must be computer literate and have knowledge of PC system, word processing, and spreadsheets and note taking. You must have experience in an office environment and of a secretarial nature.
