Job Description

Working 35 hours/week you will be employed on an 18 month contract. Due to current restrictions, you will initially be working from home until it is safe to return to our Greenock office.
Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Review and set up new groups and inclusion of individual client requirements from renewal in line with Business processes across various business lines
  • Attach all premium files and benefit levels to each group
  • Enroll all employees to the correct client groups with correct benefits
  • Update the payment method and payment details ,including the following up of any outstanding information
  • Maintain Client system Access
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams as and when required
  • Liaise with third party Agents to ensure receipt of up to date Terms of Business, including the following up of any outstanding information
  • Provide reports to Team Leader/ Manager as appropriate

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising with key business areas regarding client renewals and billing across all UK business lines. You will also be required to provide accurate and timely maintenance of client information and reporting Attention to detail, with high level of data accuracy utilizing Microsoft office particularly MS Excel. Ability to work productively in an extremely focused, concentrated and fast paced environment. Solid data input skills. Strong written and communication skills. Ability to organize, priorities and manage workflow to meet individual and team productivity targets virtually. Ability to work on own initiative and apply instructions from Team Leader/Manager. Strong customer focus with developed problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to proposing / implementing process improvements. Previous office experience preferable but not essential. Candidates should be: Able to commit to 6 - 8 weeks training from April. Available to work hours Monday to Friday. Able to travel to the Greenock office daily when it safely re-opens.
