This is an exciting opportunity for to join the Senior Business Support Team within North West Locality of Glasgow HSCP. You will support a number of critical functions within the Locality including Headquarters, CBRS, Older Peoples’ Services, and Learning Disabilities Services. With Plans to develop the Headquarters you will also provide support to the NEW National SARC Hub. You will manage 24 staff and support the smooth running of 2 HSCP Premises. You will work as part of a team of six.
The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday.
This is a part-time position of 18.75 hours
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Applicants will demonstrate good communication and organizational skills and ability to work without direct supervision. Daily workload will be varied and interesting with a range of administration tasks as outlined in the job description and delegated by Senior Business Support Manager, Assistant Chief Officer & Hos of Service with close working with Service Managers and Team Leaders You should have knowledge of Microsoft Packages which is essential and experience of working with EMIS system desirable. You should have an HNC in administration or an SVQ level 4 and have substantial administration experience.
