Job Description

The Delivery Administrator role requires working as part of our team in partnership with the field management teams and Virgin Media to ensure all planned works are completed and updates are received and recorded in a timely manner. Communicating with the field management teams throughout the working day, balancing out workloads using bespoke systems, with the delivery of the 1st time customer experience and building internal relationships. Other duties will include inputting into Virgin Media operating systems, jeopardy management, coordinating with all levels of management completing all in a timely and accurate manner as per the requirements of Virgin Media and in accordance with all internal SLA. To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate good customer focus experience, be flexible with working hours / shift patterns, excellent communication, organizational and IT skills and a flexible and pragmatic approach.

  • Fulfil administrative support for the Pre Works unit.
  • Ensuring our crew’s start and finish their days work in a timely manner by reallocating work as appropriate
  • Allocating essential visits within SLA
  • Communicating with and supporting Field Managers with day to day running of the sites; including jeopardy management when required.
  • Provide real time information on crew activity as the day progresses, highlighting any concerns where customer appointments may be in jeopardy.
  • Support other back office functions when required
  • Any other reasonable activities, tasks or duties as may be required to meet the ongoing or changing needs of the business.
