As a Resourcing Administrator you will play a key part in ensuring the branch meets and exceeds weekly/monthly targets by providing accurate and efficient admin and resourcing support. This is a varied and exciting role which requires someone with good organizational and time management skills. Duties Include;
Provide overall support to the wider recruitment team
Answer telephone calls, support with queries and distribute messages to the team
Create adverts for new jobs, posting them on platforms including jobs boards and social media
Create and maintain a database of available candidates that the recruitment team can utilize when working on vacancies
Input candidate application packs to the system, ensuring data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
Support the recruitment team to meet strict SLA's by interviewing candidates, profiling CV's, verifying Right to Work documents etc.
Maintaining/Importing candidates records electronically
Ensure all compliance information is recorded
Support with obtaining employment references
Maintain the compliance tracker and other spreadsheets as required on daily/weekly basis
Deal with candidate queries by telephone and email
Provide reception cover as and when required
Hours of work;
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Experience working in a recruitment/admin background. Strong communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work within a fast paced environment. Strong IT skills, including experience using MS Office packages.
