We now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us at our Glasgow office, and become part of an enthusiastic and high performing team whose aim is to provide the best payroll service to our clients.
Working primarily with our payroll clients to process their payrolls, you will also work with colleagues within the immediate payroll onboarding and processing teams at Armstrong Watson. Alongside this you will liaise with colleagues throughout the wider business in a number of service-lines to offer technical support on payroll legislation.
The overall purpose of this role is to process payrolls accurately on behalf of our clients in a timely and professional manner.
This role would allow you to develop your career within payroll where you can work alongside a personal development program to help you achieve your career aspirations.
The main elements of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Processing multiple payrolls with different pay frequencies accurately and on time.
- Full responsibility for the end to end payroll processing for your own portfolio of client payrolls.
- Ensuring client and employee records are kept up to date.
- Dealing with a range of queries from clients, HMRC and internal colleagues in a polite and professional manner.
- Keeping up to date with CPD and any changes to legislation.
