Job Description

You will be educated to standard grade level or equivalent with previous NHS experience within a general office environment. You must be fluent with Microsoft Office packages and databases. You must possess excellent customer care and communication skills. Your duties will include reception, telephone and general office duties.
You must provide prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality at all times. Knowledge of a call/recall service and Pecos System would be advantageous.
