Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Admin / Sales Trainee for their busy Glasgow office.
Tasks and duties would include:

  • General office administration work.
  • Efficient and effective processing and handling of customer calls.
  • Processing customer orders and enquiries.
  • Dealing with Trade counter sales.
  • Pursuing sales quotations and converting them to orders.
  • Actively managing and developing customer relationships.
  • Learning our range of products.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates should have strong customer focus, good telephone manner, good verbal and written communication and the ability to organize and prioritize workflow.
