Supporting the day to day running of all Soft Service Lines to deliver the agreed SLA and standards, to include catering, cleaning, reception, retail outlet, mail room, bar operations and maintenance activities.
Support with completion of weekly/monthly bookwork on Eprofit System
Assist with updating Salus system across the sites
Assist with completion of monthly Ecat Audits
Support with data entry on Power BI / Sharepoint
Support with Order placing through SAP / Coupa
Assist with imputing work schedules on Kronos
Dealing with Suppliers/Contractors, arranging attendance to sites
Support covering Reception when required
Support delivering mail organizing DHL pick up when required
Attend meetings where required
Completion of general day to day admin duties where required
Assist in ensuring that statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
Assist with compliance onsite, ensuring service, safety and standard excellence
Contribute to the team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience of delivering operational services in a similar environment. Knowledge of Excel / Word / PowerPoint. Administration Experience. Excellent communication skills. Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria. Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities. Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate. Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment. Administration experience. Reception / customer experience.
