Job Description

Our European activities are rapidly expanding and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project/Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to accomplish tasks and projects, which are instrumental to the company’s success. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity where you can use your previous expertise to develop and grow your career even further, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the distribution of safety reports to regulatory authorities;
  • Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports;
  • Distribute and track safety-related notifications;
  • Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents; and
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSE’s including English and Math or equivalent; Ideally some administrative experience in a business setting; Good organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package); and Experience of being involved in any audits will be advantageous.
