This role is dealing with a backlog of administrative tasks, and the client is looking for good experience in administration with good Excel skills.
To provide first line contact for general enquiries and information relating to courses, dates, funding etc.
To process, review, update and audit data for all Distance Learning enquiries, applications, enrolments.
To ensure all administration, in conjunction with Distance Learning programmes is completed to agreed timescales and standards.
To produce relevant reports and analyze the data i.e. identify learners ready for certification.
To monitor and record student progress and results on the college VLE system, internal database (Unit-e) and Learning partner sites.
To distribute mail and answer correspondence.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
SCQF level 7 or equivalent qualification in administration related subject. Relevant administration experience within a busy office. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Especially within Excel. Customer-focused approach to work. Flexible, supportive team-player.
