Job Description

The role will be Mon - Fri 9 - 5 and will have reception duties as required also.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our public sector clients!

  • Reception Duties, Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Allocating payments to customer accounts
  • posting / emailing out correspondence
  • uploading of documents to internal system 
  • general adhoc office duties as required
  • Answering telephone calls

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong attention to detail. Demonstrate a successful track record within a similar role. Good working knowledge of IT to include word, and excel. Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
