I am looking to speak to Accounts Administrators that will work with and support the busy logistics team in our Glasgow based client.
Key Day to Day tasks will include :-
Performing regular and ongoing checks on stock against Oracle Inventory records
Acting as first point of contact for telephone and e-mail enquiries
Providing comprehensive high-quality administrative support
Maintaining, populate and track data within excel spreadsheets
Resolving purchase order queries with external suppliers and contacts
Delivery note queries
Quantity issues and assessing lead times to minimize delay and disruption
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have:- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Numeracy and the ability to understand and communicate financial information. Ability to input numerical information accurately into inventory management system Oracle/equivalent. Ability to organize & prioritize own workload, working as part of a team with minimum supervision and to multi-task. Accurate keyboard skills with a working knowledge of accounting systems, spreadsheets & word processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
