We are looking for a very strong Administrator ideally from an Education background to join this College on a long-term temporary basis. This is a forward thinking, collaborative environment, with a tight team who work together to deliver a seamless back office function.
About the role
You will be supporting two key members of the team to undertake administration duties including:
Managing email and telephone enquiries with the team
Arranging and placing orders
Checking invoices off against quotations and dealing with any inaccuracies
Downloading payments from Parent Pay App (experience on this App would be beneficial)
Managing general office administration for the team
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role (education based)
Good knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office with Intermediate Excel skills +
Must be numerate with an excellent attention to detail
Must be a hands-on and a proactive person who enjoys working closely with the wider team
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
DBS check will be required for this role
You must be:
Able to start ASAP
Able to commit for 6 months or more on a temporary basis
Able to work full-time hours within a back office school environment
Be able to provide 5 years Proof of Address and work history for DBS check
