Job Description

The role will involve managing their internal CRM System - Autoraptor, where you will be processing orders and dealing with payments. In addition to this, you will be processing and maintaining data for the organization using Excel before reporting this back to management. You will also be the face of the organization, dealing with all incoming and outgoing phone calls and email enquiries that come through, as well as the day to day administration tasks for the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the information on their internal Autorapter CRM System.
  • Processing payments and bookings through Autorapter.
  • Updating and maintaining company data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Linking information between their CRM system and company data on excel before reporting this back to management.
  • Dealing with cash payments for the office.
  • Dealing with all inbound and outbound calls for the office.
  • Being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Dealing with all diary bookings for the office using Microsoft Outlook.
  • General day to day admin tasks.

Additional Information:

  • Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday 8.30am to 12pm (PAID time and a half)
  • £10,000 PA rising to £12,000 after month 2
  • One completion of your apprenticeship your salary will be reviewed and increase in line with added responsibilities.
