You will be working remotely initially until normal office working resumes, in line with government guidelines. This is an on-going temporary assignment, with an immediate start.
Hours are 08:45-17:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30-3:30pm on Friday. You will be a key addition within this busy legal team, providing administrative support and will be reporting to the Regional Solicitor.
Responsible for assisting with the secretarial and administrative support to Solicitors/Conveyancing team.
Maintain high standards of presentation and accurate content of all documents.
Typing and/or producing all dictated correspondence.
Assisting with mail and reception Rota.
Maintaining the filing archive and computer information systems utilized by the Department.
Dealing with telephone enquires as they arise and referring to the appropriate member of staff.
Provide general office duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals with experience of working in a legal office, particularly with some knowledge of conveyancing, however this is not essential.
