Job Description
- Ensuring all projects are managed, operated and completed with uncompromised efficiency, on time and to budget.
- Develop supply chain in conjunction with Procurement to ensure Lifecycle Team have robust partners who can provide a quality, timely and cost effective services to deliver Projects.
- Work with Finance Business Partner to Provide Senior Project Manager with Monthly Financial Reports detailing Financial Performance of Projects within cluster.
- Makes significant contribution to delivery of Lifecycle and variation projects circa £5M - £10M in revenue.
- Where the Lifecycle team has capacity assist sites with delivery of small works.
- Liaison with all relevant parties involved, including working with the Client to interpret and develop a brief/scope of works in order achieving sign off prior to works commencement, planning, during the works and through to completion.
- Produce an overall plan for works for the Project to ensure the completion date is achieved and without incident.
- Monitor the progress of the design, works/construction and commissioning activities and action accordingly to ensure the works are completed within the time, budget, and safety and to the required quality.
- Provide management information as required to support decision making.
- Provide regular updated financial reporting and reconciliations on Projects.
- Ensure all Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations are followed where appropriate and ensure all company paperwork relevant to this is completed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to degree level in technical or business qualification or evidence of suitable experience. Demonstrable & varied experience in delivering FM Projects. Experience of delivering in challenging environments such as or similar to, healthcare. Thorough understanding of the principles of project management. Comprehensive Administrative experience in a busy office environment. Sound organizational/co-ordination skills. Excellent interpersonal skills & telephone manner. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & Access. Ability to provide professional guidance & task management for junior team members. Ability to mediate conflict situations.
