Job Description

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes, arranging interviews, administering new starters.
  • Carrying out new starter inductions.
  • Keeping training records up to date, including the health and safety portal.
  • Ensure all employee records are kept up to date within the HR database (Breathe).
  • Maintaining the HRIS (Breathe) and running reports on sickness, absence, holiday, etc.
  • Attending exit interviews and quarterly meetings to gain feedback on HR processes from employees, taking meeting minutes and following up action points.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in HR Administration and all of the usual administrative tasks associated. A CIPD qualification is beneficial but not a pre-requisite, equivalent experience will be considered. Although training and support will be given, you will need to be confident in your skills and experience and able to take ownership of the role, as you will be expected to take initiative and be able to work independently.
