Job Description

They are looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their growing team.

• Contact clients to chase payments by following the process outlined by head of credit control.
• Prepare and provide customer statements.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with key customers.
• Handle any telephone queries and enquiries made by clients.
• Reconcile credit balances on the accounts.
• Escalate overdue accounts to credit control supervisor.
• Any ad hoc projects as required by the head of credit control

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 1 years experience in a B2C Credit Controller/collections role. Experience with liaising with members of the public. Excellent analytical and influencing skills. Energetic, decisive and a team player. IT Literate.
