• Maintaining computerised sales, purchase and expenses day books
• Raising Sales Ledger invoices
• Credit Control
• Preparing VAT returns
• Preparing bank and other reconciliations
• Working management reporting requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience of bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns • Experience in Xero and VT+ • Experience in Credit Control • Ability to work accurately and to strict deadlines • Strong numeracy skills • High computer literacy, including experience of automating systems with Excel • Thorough understanding of bookkeeping, accounts and VAT; AAT qualification considered an advantage
