Job Description

Healthy London Partnership (HLP) is looking to recruit a highly skilledAdmin Support Officer to join our Health Inequalities & Inclusion and Children & Young People programmesto transform health and care and make London the healthiest city in the world.

AsAdmin Support Officeryou will work as part of two dynamic teams in delivering an effective administrative service supporting managers and staff in those teams to provide diary management, organise meetings, conferences, training events and recruitment days.

You will be adept at managing priorities and delivering in a fast paced environment. Pro-activeness and planning ahead are important aspects of this role. You will be proficient in managing stakeholders in senior positions and you will be required to build and maintain relationships both within the organisation and with external stakeholders in Integrated Care Systems, Clinical Commissioning Groups and other strategic partners across London.

HLP brings together the NHS in London and our partners to deliver better health and care for all Londoners. Our partners include the Mayor of London, Greater London Authority, Public Health England, London Councils and Health Education England. We believe that collectively we can make London the healthiest global city in the world by uniting all of London to deliver the ambitions set out in Better Health for London: Next Steps and the national Five Year Forward View.

We work to deliver the changes best done once for London. We are also in the unique position to support the delivery of the sustainability and transformation partnerships in the five areas across London with strategic advice, resources and staff embedded in the areas.

The post holder will be based atClifton House (currently the post-holder will work from home till further guidance is sent to HLP staff about resuming work from Clifton House)in London and will be expected to travel across London for various meetings and project activities.
