Job Description

You’ll join an established Project Management team working on a number of exciting projects with a healthy mix of BAU and new projects, will certainly keep you busy and ensure everyday you’ll learn something new!

We are looking for someone who understands the full software lifecycle delivery – functionality of products, delivery, testing, implementation, ideally around Payroll and Pensions. The teams adopt both Waterfall and Agile delivery

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for production of commercial proposals and engagement in the change request process.
• Delivery responsibility for the release management lifecycles including reporting to stakeholders.
• Produce, maintain and own the detailed implementation plans.
• Identify and manage resources required.
• Manage project schedules to Account and Client standards.
• Be responsible for multiple releases.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have: Have a strong and confident approach to lead the release planning and implementation. Experience working on the delivery of complex releases including Oracle; MI; and third party COTS implementation / upgrade projects. Experience of configuration management. Stakeholder management; Project risk and issue identification and management. Good project cost management and controls. You must be eligible for SC clearance.
