We are looking for an efficient and effective administrative officer to join our busy friendly admin team in the North Central Single Point of Access . which is customer focused. You should be hardworking, flexible and motivated to provide a high quality service. A significant part of the role will involve arranging appointments for patients over the telephone and processing new referrals. The service operates 08.00 - 20.00, 7 days per week on a shift/rota basis including bank holidays.
Administrative skills, impeccable organisational skills, enjoy handling patient queries over the telephone, customer service skills, SystmOne and/or EMIS knowledge preferred, excellent written, spoken and telephone communication skills.
