Objective HR are seeking a Management Accountant to join a family run Insurance underwriting agents based in Great Dunmow.

This is a great development role for a part-qualified ACCA / CIMA studier looking to further their career in finance.

The Management Accountant role will be a key part of the finance function for this growing company reporting directly to the Directors and Team leader.

The company are currently working to a rota basis on who is required to work from the office or from home due to the current climate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Timely production of monthly management accounts
• Variance Analysis
• Budgeting and Cashflow forecasting
• Account audits
• Collating various reports
• Assisting Senior Management Accountant with any other ad hoc projects

Skills:

• ACCA / CIMA part-qualified
• 2 years minimum experience of working within Finance.
• Previous experience of working in the insurance industry will be beneficial but not essential
• Behavioural competencies
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• A highly professional appearance and attitude
