To support this, we are now looking for an inspirational leader as the Director.
This role will lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of our delivering across an ambitious and wide-ranging programme. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the collective leadership of antimicrobial resistance and healthcare associated infection services as well as a range of professional facilities, engineering, construction and environmental services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and a Masters or Post Graduate qualification would be advantageous. In addition, you will have a proven leadership ability at a senior management level in a multidisciplinary environment over a significant number of years. You will have the ability to transform strategy, focusing on continually improving outcomes for customers, patients and other stakeholders. You should have the ability to build effective relationships with staff, and stakeholders, while working effectively as a team member with the ability to lead the team with tenacity to deliver shared goals. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG Scheme Disclosure Scotland check.
