Our Client is a developer with vast and varied experience, acknowledged as pioneers of some of Europe's largest regeneration projects. Our Client takes its responsibility as a place maker very seriously, putting quality of life and a connection to arts and culture at the core of their work.

We have a wonderful opportunity to join Our Client's Team as a Accountant.

The post is to start ASAP and the details I have now are that they require an accountant for a temporary assignment which they anticipate the work to take a month to complete. However, a successful appointment may result in permanent recruitment.

They require:

• Qualified accountant ACCA or ACA
• A good knowledge of SAGE
• Experience of using Excel to prepare accounts to draft accounts stage
• A knowledge of service charge accounts would be preferable but is not essential

The requirement is to prepare complicated sets of accounts to enable them to get up-to date.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
