Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

5-10 years’ experience. BEng or BSc in Engineering or building surveying. MSc in Engineering or Engineering related discipline. Membership of a professional body listed below, with a commitment to adhere to a code of professional ethics / conduct and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is recognized as contributing to continued competence in practice. CEng – Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Fire Engineers. MRICS – Corporate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. MCABE – Corporate Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. Driven, Sense of Urgency, Seeks Variety. Having a clear view of where the business is going and how to get there.
