Job Description

As a TECHNICAL SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Support Customer Focus First Strategy providing monthly updates on business and departmental performance
  • Collate and update weekly and monthly reports; publishing HSES statistics to Group, monitoring Quality defects database
  • Create and distribute a monthly update relating to Zero Harm Calendar, Electrical Fatal Risk Working Group and Quality Notifications.
  • Organize business review update calls
  • Support the maintenance of ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 certifications
  • Assist in internal audits
  • Monitor all inspections/audits raised through the business to enable timely close out of actions
  • Provide information to UKCS on HSES League Table performance
  • Work with Occupational Health Team to ensure legislative compliance is met with health surveillance
  • Monitor all inspections/audits raised through the business to enable timely close out of actions
  • analyze data, as required, to ensure BBK improves every day.
  • Work with other departments to ensure HSESQ compliance is being met e.g. procurement
  • Prepare technical reports to support businesses approvals / awards e.g. ROSPA
  • Manage work winning PQQs
  • Support the Insurance and Legal teams to manage Accident Claims.
  • Actively promote Celebrity Service
  • Assist in the promotion of MyC, ensuring feedback is provided in all cases
  • Train personnel in Start the Conversation – Mental Health Awareness training
  • Support the delivery of UKCS’s Sustainability activities
  • Provide support to the authorizing engineers in planning and coordinating workload
  • Organize training programmes and courses in support of technical competencies e.g. 18th Edition

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have the following qualities and experience: Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts. Excellent command of English. Effective attention to detail and sees things through to completion. Good interpersonal and communication skills and acts in an independent and professional manner with the ability to influence others, including Senior Management. Ambitious and capable of developing further within the organization. A self-starter who manages their own time and seeks to add value to their role and function.
