Job Description

A specialist within the arena of both high value / high spec fit out and construction the business enjoys a large client base amassed over decades of top class delivery. Delivering major fit out, refurbishment and new build works within the commercial, education and leisure sectors the business draws upon in house capability to provide a full service to clients on projects up to £20m in value.

The role will be based in the Glasgow office and will offer a generous remuneration package in line with experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

An opportunity exists for an Estimator to join the team in a key role. The Estimator will need to: Be experienced in pricing from first principles. Demonstrate experience in pricing works £1M - £10M. Be able to handle projects from initial enquiry through to submission. Demonstrate the ability and experience to add value to clients on negotiated works as well as produce effective competitive tenders.
