The Opportunity
Due to the continued growth of our global business we are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant or Associate Director level Delay Analyst.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Construction or civil engineering degree qualified. Membership of a relevant construction professional body. A minimum of 10 years construction industry with experience gained of live project planning. Preparation of delay claims, management of disputes and demonstrable ability in assessing the time impact of Compensation Events. An advanced knowledge of Primavera P3 and P6. Demonstrable knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis. Experience of dispute management and ideally involvement in adjudication, arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings. Although not essential acted as an assistant to Expert / Expert witness. Equally considered are those with a strong construction background looking to make a move into delay analysis/ construction claims.
