As this is a temp-perm opportunity we are looking for applicants who are available immediately but who would be happy to accept this role on a permanent basis also.
Duties will include:
Speaking to customers and listening to their requirements
Booking in services
Updating internal systems
Answering all incoming queries
Assisting other members of the team if required
