Job Description

This is an opportunity to really make a difference; in providing a range of IT support for market leading and innovative projects

You will also be liaising with 3rd parties and key internal stakeholders so it's important to have good communication skills

Will suit an experienced IT support administrator / support engineer with a broad knowledge of MS and associated technologies and a keenness to work in software / scientific environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As an experienced IT  support engineer you will have experience in a number of key IT areas. You will have excellent knowledge of MS Active Directory administration and have first class MS OS knowledge, both across client and server. You will also have a good understanding of network technologies and be involved in their network configurations; including working with routers, switches, firewalls and VPN's. It would be useful to have had exposure to hybrid cloud environments (particularly with Office 365) and with Sharepoint, as well as working with maintaining LANs, storage solutions and MS Exchange servers
