Job Description

This is a temporary role initially, however this could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

This really is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to progress within a well-established organization.

Duties Include:

  • Dealing with incoming calls to the site
  • Electronic and paper filing/processing
  • Document Control
  • Manage design packages
  • Support design team and project manager with commercials and ad hoc admin tasks
  • Update internal records for project work
  • Procurement of supplies for site

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have experience of working in the construction or engineering sector and have project support experience. To be considered: Valid Security Clearance. Great organizational and time management skills. Time management. Team worker. Self-motivated. Competent with Word and Excel. Must have strong work experience in a customer service role. Be available immediately. Excellent telephone manner.
