Job Description
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support their busy team to start as soon as possible on a temporary basis. Duties will include;
- Providing support to a busy team maintaining a high level of Customer Service
- Liaising with customers and dealing with queries via email and over the phone
- You will be responsible for investigating and action all invoice queries
- Must have good attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
- Chase and update information from customers
- Inputting and updating information onto SAP
- You must have excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills and competent with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is a busy role, we are looking for someone on the ball with good analytical skills who can hit the ground running. Ideally you will have some experience in an Administration role, experience with SAP is desirable. You must be available for an immediate start.
