• Ensure that landscapes on site are kept to a high standard (e.g. grass cutting, painting and fencing etc.)
• To understand and undertake work instructions.
• To ensure high quality work.
• To work within efficient timescales, completing assigned projects to high standards.
• Communicating clearly to your team leader and be efficiently organized.
• Undertake handyman duties.
• Support Junior & Site Technicians responsibility for site appearance.
• Assist Site Technicians with ad-hoc duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be multi-skilled. Have experience of landscape management / construction and civil knowledge. Hold the following certificates / experience: CSCS card Strimmer ticket Weed spraying ticket Tractor driver Location of buried services – desirable but not essential. Telehandler driver. 360 Digger ticket up to 15t. Dumper driver. HGV LGV Class 2 license – desirable but not essential. Clinger banks man – desirable but not essential. Site supervisor safety training scheme(SSSTS) – desirable but not essential. A team player that can also work autonomously. Must have a good level of English. Must love to travel (successful candidate will have to travel across the UK on a regular basis with nights away from home). Full UK Driving License - including towing above 750Kg desirable. Eligibility to work in the UK.
