This full time role offers the successful candidates exposure to a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors. It will help you develop your technical skills and commercial knowledge.
Skills / Experience:
Academic background in accounting and finance
Good knowledge of World and Excel
Previous experience of using Sage Accounts, Xero and Quick Books would be advantageous
Previous experience of tax (payroll, personal and corporation tax) would be advantageous
Accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organised and ability to meet deadline
Ability to communicate effectively
Confidence and professionalism when dealing with clients
Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Book keeping, preparation of payroll and VAT returns
Preparing statutory financial statements from primary records or trial balance
Preparing management accounts
Preparing tax computations and returns
Liaising with clients, assisting senior and manager
