Job Description
  • Complete the daily due diligence on all broker and companies on boarding onto all Intermediary mortgage panels.
  • Produce daily reports for the Business Development Managers & Relationship Managers
  • Manage multiply inboxes and ensure SLA is maintained to all customers queries
  • Complete 1st line quality checks on procuration fee payments to ensure these payments to external parties are accurate and made within agreed timescales.
  • Undertake thorough investigation re broker registrations including world check and document a rationale from the findings as to whether the broker should be accepted or retained on panel.
  • Liaise with internal sales teams, third party suppliers and external stakeholders to build and develop relationships.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must possess strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. A collaborative team player with a desire to deliver strong level of personal performance whilst having a passion to work as part of a cohesive team to ensure that collect goals of the team are also delivered Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Strong working knowledge and experience of Excel with awareness of Word, Powerpoint and Outlook Strong customer service skills with excellent oral and written communication skills Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities Ability to gather, analyse and display data in an appropriate format and keep accurate and organized records/documentation
