Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role will be to ensure the delivery of the engineering function, on programme, for the allocated developments. This includes the delivery of consents including Roads construction consent and drainage technical approval, liaising with other departments to ensure an accurate and comprehensive flow of information to allow the sites to be development effectively and efficiently and coordinate with external consultants and agencies. We seek an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to fit into a dynamic design team. You will report directly to the Technical Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be qualified at HNC / HND /BSc level and demonstrate relevant industry experience. The position requires the successful applicants to be fully conversant with AutoCAD and be able to communicate effectively with both internal departments and external bodies. We seek an individual with relevant engineering experience and preferably with a house builder background, but not essential.
