Sales Administrator sought by our client who is an independent and growing retailer of innovative and market leading water saving and water harvesting products and equipment.
Due their continued growth and success they are now recruiting for a Dynamic and Confident Sales Administrator to work from their Trafford Park head office.
As a Sales Administrator your role will be key to ensuring the smooth running of sales support
You will be processing customer orders via email, online orders and telephone orders
Taking phone calls on a regular basis
Dealing with customer queries
Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
Updating the database with any notes and key information
Extracting data and running reports (Excel, Spreadsheets, database etc.)
Completing any relevant paperwork
Carry out filing and other admin duties
Dealing with delivery and collections of stock items
This is a small office and a small team, so flexibility within in the role is essential
Adhoc duties as requested by senior staff
There is opportunity for the role to expand to include aspect of marketing and or book keeping
This is a part time role, minimum 25 hours per week
Working from the Trafford Park office with free parking on site
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have similar experience within a Sales Administration role Naturally you must have excellent Administration skills You must be organised A completer finisher Able to deal with data, spreadsheets etc. Have a professional telephone manner You MUST be trustworthy, as you will often work independently and you will be a key holder You MUST be flexible and hands on as this is a small company and a small team
