The Key responsibilities of the Commercial Administrator will include
Implement and control the processes around the sales pipeline to ensure swift, successful closes
Data ownership across the CRM - including working with other teams such as marketing and service delivery to ensure they are compliant where they own the data entry
Support and manage commercial reporting within the CRM infrastructure for sales, account management, and marketing
Administrate sales deals including liaising with prospects to chase and diarise meetings
Review team commission calculations for sign off
Liaising with other areas of the business to support sales requirements
Desired Skills
Knowledge and experience of the SAS sector and/or outsourcing
Forecasting experience
Have a full, clean UK driving license
Ability to produce reports.
Experience in presenting data
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
(Preferred) 2 years of experience as a Commercial/Sales administrator within a commercial team Demonstrable experience with a CRM system Demonstrable experience of data management Exceptional communication skills Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders Demonstrable understanding of the sales function and commercial awareness Excellent phone manner Exceptionally well organised Attention to detail
