Job Description

The site manager will be responsible for overseeing D&B projects from start to handover ensuring progress against programme, quality of work and exceptional standards of Health and Safety on site.
Managing internal trade’s teams to deliver packages as well as external sub-contractors the site manager will need to have excellent communication skills, strong multi trade technical knowledge and the ability to manage client relationships.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered you will: Hold a recognized qualification in Construction Management (HND/ Degree). Demonstrate long tenures in multi trade principal contracting businesses. Have excellent credentials in large refurbishment project delivery. Have strong written and oral communication skills. Possess sound knowledge of CDM regs. Be IT literate. You will also need to hold: SMSTS 5 Day Cert, CSCS Managers Card, First aid Cert, Full UK Driving License as a minimum.
