Job Description

As a Site Manager you will be required to maintain and comply with systems for managing site health and safety. Ensure the inspection, preparation and maintenance of the site in a satisfactory condition for the safe execution of the works. Manage subcontractors and programme of works.

Monitor and record works where required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate shall have previous experience as a Site Manager working with a reputed Main Contractor. You will be driven, hardworking and an ability to take ownership on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Other requirements for the role are valid CSCS card, SMSTS card and First Aid.
