Job Description

To support the Project Manager and PMO team in development, validation, and integrity of the Project Risk & Opportunities data.

Responsibilities:

• Development of Project Risk & Opportunity Registers in accordance with the Risk Management Governance outlined in the Programme PCSD document.
• Creation, monitoring and progressing of project risk database utilizing the ARM database, ensuring all Project and Programme risks and opportunities are captured and kept up to date through regular risk & opportunities reviews for each project.
• Generation of all Project Risk reports and metrics reporting information, ensuring creation of mitigation plans and monitoring of actions.
• Support Cost (CRA) and Schedule (TRA) risk modelling and reporting.

Accountabilities:

• Reports to Risk Manager.
• Supports Project Manager and PMO team in development, validation, and integrity of the Project Risk & Opportunities data.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

SC clearance. UK national. Barrow 40 hours a week, 5 days a week. T&S will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Good communication skills, build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders. Relevant and demonstrable experience in their field. Appropriate experience in use of project software. Experience of working on complex nuclear infrastructure projects. Experience of defense (infrastructure) projects. Appropriate qualifications and experience.
