Job Description

• Responding to quotation requests emails, in order to understand the customer requirement and identify sales opportunities

• Contacting existing customers to manage accounts and forge relationships

• Discussing quotes with customers via phone to answer any technical questions

• Working closely with the external sales staff and other members of the internal customer service team to provide updates and communication relating to sales enquiries

• Updating and maintaining the companies CRM software


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experienced in a Customer Service / Sales / Quotations related role • Experienced in a technical engineering / manufacturing business • Experience working with a CRM software • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
