They now have an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join their team, providing effective finance services to stakeholders including; processing invoices and other financial documents, producing BACS runs and CIS returns and adminstering petty cash systems. You will be at the forefront of the Finance team dealing with queries from supplier, customers, employees, managers and external parties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building effective working relationships with various stakeholders. You will have experience of working in a similar financial environment, with knowledge of accountancy statutory requirements. Strong problem solving and decision making skills are essential as is the ability to to work well under pressure. You will be competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word and use of an open accounts software would be advantageous.
