Job Description

We have the opportunity for a Building Surveyor to come and join our team here in Glasgow, you will have the chance to be part of our wider National PDS team, where you will work alongside our Project Management and Engineering Services, across Scotland and the wider UK.
This opportunity will allow you to be involved in a cross-section of projects working with clients within the private and public sector, across Scotland and other projects throughout the UK.
This role has the opportunity for someone with the skills and ability to progress quickly into a Senior Surveyor role, you will be working alongside our Associate and Partners gaining more exposure and experience to further your career.

In turn we can offer you the opportunity to develop your own skills in management, client liaison with clear direction and opportunities for promotion. You will have a client mix across the UK, with opportunities to carry out surveys in European countries other than the UK when projects become available.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful you will need to have strong inter-personal skills, want to play an active part in business development, and have a strong grasp of commercial Building Surveying. You will be someone who enjoys building and developing relationships as well as someone who can work at pace but can priorities and meet deadlines. This position will see you work closely with business leaders, delivering pitches and exposure to multi-disciplines. Degree qualified in a construction related discipline. MRICS in Building Surveying.
