Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5-10 years’ experience. BEng or BSc in Engineering or building surveying. MSc in Engineering or Engineering related discipline. Membership of a professional body listed below, with a commitment to adhere to a code of professional ethics / conduct and Continuous. Professional Development (CPD) is recognized as contributing to continued competence in practice. CEng – Chartered Engineer of the Institution of Fire Engineers. MRICS – Corporate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. MCABE – Corporate Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. Driven, Sense of Urgency, Seeks Variety. Having a clear view of where the business is going and how to get there. Showing appreciation for good work and discretionary effort. Showing sincere interest in employees as people. Genuinely seeking out and responding to employees’ suggestions and ideas. Involving people in decisions that affect them. Assigning and coordinating people well.
